Snapshot has just been announced to come to PS3 and PS Vita. The game has been roaming around at events since 2009 and we are glad it has finally found a stable home. We have many puzzle games out there, but we must say that this one is rather unique and creative.

In the game, you control a little robot called “Pic.” He carries no regular camera; his “high-tech” camera is able to capture objects, as well as their momentum. You will be able to move things around by taking images of objects and pasting them in other areas of the screen. And if an image is captured while an object is moving, said object will follow its course once the image is pasted, as well.

One can turn the image to make the objects go in different directions. Not to mention the ability to capture light – It is really a rather complex and fun puzzle game. We could try to explain it for days, but we will just let you check out the new trailer and see it for yourself.

It is also important to note that the game will also support cross-platform saving. This means that whether you are playing in your living room or in the train, you will not be losing your progress. No exact release date is set, but the PlayStation team is promising its launch to be “later this year.”
