Namco Bandai America shares this fun unboxing of the Wizards Edition for the upcoming Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch. Check out the embedded trailer…

Level 5 and Studio Ghibli have made what is likely to be the definitive JRPG experience for fans of the genre. The video above is direct from Namco Bandai America’s own YouTube channel. They officially walk us through the unboxing of the limited Wizard’s Edition. The package itself is a really big box, but its all about what’s inside that matters most.

Here’s what comes inside the beautifully designed box:

  • Drippy Plush Doll – palm sized plush representation of Drippy complete with hanging lantern
  • Wizard’s Companion Hardcover Book – a 340 page hardcover book offering information on the story, items, familiars, creatures, spells, and more from the game
  • Special Music Selection CD – music from the game as composed by Joe Hisaishi
  • Ni No Kuni game – this Wizard’s Edition of the game comes with a fully colored insert. The standard retail version insert is printed in black and white
  • Exclusive DLC – voucher code for “golden mite” and “golden drongo” familiars
  • Wizard’s Edition Coin – a golden two-sided coin
  • 5 Artwork Cards – artwork printed on card stock featuring images of the characters, world, and enemies in Ni No Kuni
You can pick up the Ni No Kuni Wizard’s Edition for PS3 at the official Namco Bandai online store for $99.99, well worth the price considering what strategy game books cost. Does this collection of exclusive items tickle your fancy enough to drop a Benjamin?

I can’t wait to play this. Club Namco put the pre-order for the Wizard Edition back up today and I pre-ordered it.

Yeah, it looks as though Club Namco isn’t allowing pre-orders right now. Maybe their working out their shipments in small chunks. I expect an unboxing of our own maybe.
